HidekiVCast is the media operations and rights management division of the Hideki Saito Institute, responsible for overseeing VTuber activities and managing all related creative and intellectual properties.

The division specializes in the following areas:

Streaming & Media Operations

• Livestream scheduling and coordination
• Technical operations (audio, video, OBS, broadcast systems)
• Archive management
• Channel and platform administration

Rights & IP Management

• Copyright management for characters, music, video, and visual assets
• Rights coordination for external collaborations
• Licensing management and usage guidelines

Audio Asset Management (ISRC & Metadata)

• ISRC assignment for self‑produced audio works
• Metadata organization and maintenance
• Registration and rights protection across distribution platforms

Creative Asset Administration

• Management of logos, video assets, audio materials, and design works
• Clear separation of production (Studio) and operational management (VCast)

By working in conjunction with the Institute’s research, creative, and analytical divisions, HidekiVCast serves as the specialized operational backbone for content distribution and rights protection.
