General Affairs
The General Affairs Division serves as the central unit for external relations and information management within the Hideki Saito Institute. Its primary responsibilities include external communication, liaison work, inquiry handling, information organization, and document management.
The division also maintains the accuracy, consistency, and security of the institute’s documents, records, and data, providing a stable foundation for all research and creative activities.
As the institute’s core administrative and liaison body, the General Affairs Division supports the realization of the institute’s guiding principle—Creative & Intellectual Activation—through its work in external relations and information management.
